The author of this blog is rose @ Ritzari Kitchen. The author is from Enstek, Negeri Sembilan.

Strength :
The strength of this blog is, they received order for wedding, and received order for corporat party. They also can be ordered by online and by phone call. The order can be sent to the customer within the area for free and for order outside the area, a small amount of charge will be charged. They are receiving order for 365 days.

Weakness:
The weakness that can be seen clearly which is this blog is no longer active or maybe the author take such a long time to update the blog. The author have another blog for the cakes,muffins,cup cakes and brownies, and this blog have been abandoned.
